Deposits & Booking fees

A booking fee is required in order to book and confirm your appointment. Your booking fee/deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service you booked. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your booking fee/deposit will not be refunded.

Rescheduling or Canceling your appointment

If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Your booking fee is transferable for ONE reschedule as long as it is more than 72 hours prior to your appointment. However, a new booking fee will be required for a second rescheduling.

Rescheduling within 72 hours or canceling at any time will result in you forfeiting your booking fee. A new booking fee is necessary for rescheduling.

Please read the pre + post care instructions for your service before booking. The booking fee/deposit is nonrefundable. If you arrive to your appointment with a conflicting issue for the procedure and we have to reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.

No showS

Out of respect for the tight schedules we manage, clients who no show to their appointment will forfeit their booking fee/deposit and be charged the remaining balance due for the scheduled service. Clients who no show will not be allowed to book online again unless they have paid in full (including a booking fee) in advance of reserving future appointments.

Late Arrivals

We understand unexpected things can happen, but our artist works back-to-back appointments. Being late affects our ability to service other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.

Previous Permanent Makeup

If you have any style of permanent makeup that’s been done by another artist in the procedure area, pre-approval is required prior to booking. No matter how long ago it was, many factors need to be considered. Before booking with us, please email three clear photos of your full face and eyebrows with no makeup on them, unfiltered, and in natural lighting. We will review them and determine if you are eligible for a rework/correction appointment. An estimate of the cost will be given upon approval; a color/correction fee may apply. Touch-up and refresh rates are only available when we touch up/refresh our own work. Failure to follow this process will result in forfeiting your booking fee.

18+ ONLY

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to receive any service in our studio. In accordance to state law, no minors are permitted within a licensed tattoo establishment. If you are underage or bring a child with you, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited.

VALID ID

A valid and current government-issued photo ID is required for any cosmetic tattoo service. If you do not have a photo ID, you cannot receive a service and your deposit will be forfeited. An example of a valid government issued photo ID includes a drivers license, passport, or expired/voided license with accompanying temporary papers.

HEALED RESULTS WILL VARY

Microblading (and all other cosmetic tattoos) require multiple appointments to build a natural look. A touch up will be needed within 6-12 weeks of your first session; this will be charged separately. Healed results are highly influenced by the skin type of the individual and will differ from person-to-person. We cannot guarantee healed results and additional touch-up sessions (at an extra cost) and/or makeup may be necessary to achieve desired results.

A small percentage of candidates do not hold pigment well. This cannot be predicted and by booking your appointment, you accept this could occur. Natural Beauty Ink strongly encourages you to adhere to all
Pre + Post care guidelines to ensure your results align with your expectations.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Only future bookings — not those already reserved — will be affected.

REFUNDS

All services and transactions are non-refundable, All booking fee/deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

NO GUESTS

Due to the nature of our services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. Please — no friends, spouses, children, or pets allowed. During the service, we’ll need stillness and quiet/focus.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Natural Beauty Ink/ Brows by Tamsen reserves the right to cancel or decline clients at its own discretion.

If you violate these policies, present a contradiction, failed to properly prep the skin or make a deposit before reading through the website and are found to be ineligible for our services, your deposit will be forfeited, and your appointment will be canceled.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify our appointment policy without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page.
